2. Products and orders

We sell products such as electronics, home accessories, bags, watches, apparel, and other lifestyle items. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and applicable warranty information are shown on the relevant product page. We work to keep them accurate, but screen settings may affect how colors appear.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation after receiving it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). The product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other compulsory charges will be shown before you place your order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including PhonePe if available at checkout. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their payment services. We do not ask you to send us your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, or banking password.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If an order is delayed, lost, or not delivered, contact us using the details above so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us promptly. We will explain whether the order can still be stopped.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights available under applicable law. We will handle eligible claims, including goods that are defective from their description or agreement, or delivered later than the stated delivery schedule, in accordance with applicable law. Any evidence request, such as photographs or an unboxing video, helps us investigate a claim and does not by itself remove a consumer’s legal rights.
